Regency Beauty Institute Announces Winners of High School Scholarship Contest
Minneapolis, MN, 1-22-2014 — This fall, high school graduates combined their passions for Facebook and interest in cosmetology to win a beauty school scholarship.
Regency Beauty Institute awarded six scholarships to winners of the makeover scholarship competition. The contest was open to current high school seniors graduating before June 30, 2014.
To enter, contestants selected one of five images hosted on the Regency Beauty Institute Scholarship contest app and created a self-makeover inspired by the look. Photos of the makeover were submitted through the app on the Regency Beauty Institute Scholarship Facebook page.
“For many students, the financial aid and scholarships they receive are critical factors in determining whether they can pursue their passion for cosmetology,” said Joe Gaylord, CEO of Regency Beauty Institute. “In addition to any financial aid students receive, our scholarship is another avenue to help winners get started in the industry.”
The winners are:
|Kaylee Reinhardt – Coon Rapids, MN||
Angel Carlson – Virginia, MN|
