I am a regular customer there and there are not many ladies that have come thru Regency that have not done my hair at one time or another. I love the atmosphere, the instructors, the location, the teaching experience and being able to help the students gather their experience and self confidence in dealing with real live people.
Normally, I don't respond but I picked up the phone to call and personally speak to [a Regency student] this morning and saw this email and decided to email instead. I have not received a bad experience since being a client of Regency except at another location and I personally felt the student was just not interested in what she was doing.
I was there on Tuesday and [a Regency student] did a magnificent job on my hair! I told her what was going on with it. Unable to hold curls, no body, no bounce, dryness,etc. She listened, applied her skills, consulted with her instructor and my hair turned out beautifully. I was really beginning to get concerned with it because it just didn't have the "feel" that it normally has and even with me working with it by giving myself protein treatments and avoiding heat, it seemed to go from bad to worse. I love Regency and all the students there but please give [this Regency student] a great BIG thank you from me for the time she spent on my hair and the extra care she gave. She will be a great beautician. I love it! GOD bless each of you and your establishment as you turn out some of the greatest stylists that Nashville will ever know!
Today I visited Regency for the first time. My daughter got a haircut and I got a color. I would just like to say that I've never been this happy about my hair color and the way my hair feels. I want to thank [the Regency student and instructor] for the time you spent on me and what a fabulous job. See you in three to four weeks.
